This is some information that I gleaned from the ola.bc.ca site.
Open Learning Agency is very friendly for people with disabilities as their site claims http://www.ola.bc.ca/text/services/disabilities.html
As well the contact information for the disability off in OLA is tel. 604-431-3043and their Fax is 604-431-3361 their email is dso@ola.bc.ca
The services that are provided by the disability services office according to this web page are
Course materials that are suitable for the person's disability and alternate formats for learning are therefore quite various and avialable.
There is also the student aiding student program that is offered by the provincial government, and accomodations for examinations are made available for people with disabilites.
Extentions for time of courses are also available for those that are disabled.
Program admission form on the website is a link for the application form that is used to apply forregistration at the OLA courses.
The site also states about the conditions that need to met before one is considered to be disabled.
A notification of disability form is also available to be viewed using acrobat reader online at OLA.
