feeling, and every sensation.
I can learn to relax
away my stress…and be at peace with myself daily.
I can breathe deeply
and calmly when I feel stress.
My stomach is loose and
calm, and my whole body is at peace with itself.
I am responsible for
making myself feel good, and for making my day great.
Tension is draining
away from my muscles as I imagine myself at peace with others and
with myself.
I am in touch with my
peaceful center, and it viberates a calm viberation in my stomach
daily.
Relaxation is always
